Our constraints were that we couldn’t buy a new house until the old house was sold. Zoltan identified a few items that needed attention in the current house, and arranged for a contractor to resolve those issues. Zoltan arranged the photos and the marketing brochures, and then immediately scheduled several open houses to make the property easily available to interested parties. We put the current house on the market and started looking for a new one.
